1. General Agreement

By creating an account, placing an order, or utilizing our services via email or Google OAuth, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to provide accurate and current information.

2. Products and Pricing

• All our desserts are baked fresh. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, the actual item may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.
• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
• All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Ordering and Delivery

• Delivery Area: We provide local delivery within Indore and select Pan-India shipping for dry products (e.g., specific hampers). Delivery availability is based on the pin code entered during checkout.
• Time Slots: While we strive to deliver within the selected time slots (including midnight deliveries), minor delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Recipient Availability: Perishable goods cannot be returned or redirected. If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, the order will be considered delivered, and no refund will be issued.

4. Payments

We accept payments via highly secure third-party gateways like Razorpay. Orders will only be processed once full payment is successfully authorized. You agree to provide valid and lawful payment instruments.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Because our products are perishable and customized, orders once placed and in the processing stage cannot be canceled.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact our support team within 2 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence. We will evaluate the claim and issue a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, images, text, graphics, and designs, is the property of SONI Desserts and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

SONI Desserts shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, or for any allergic reactions. It is the customer's responsibility to review product descriptions for potential allergens.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
